摘　　要：《乡村发展与规划》课程是村干部学历提升学习的一门重要专业课,课程优质特色数字资源的建设为村干部学历提升信息化教学和混合式教学打下坚实基础。课程团队深入乡村调研,根据乡村实际需求进行课程设计、确定数字资源类型,积极开发优质的教学资源。在实施过程中,总结出课程优质特色数字资源创新路径,为其他课程数字资源建设提供了参考借鉴。The course of “Rural Development and Planning” is an important professional course for village cadres to improve the learning of their education. The construction of high-quality and characteristic digital resources of the course lays a solid foundation for the promotion of information teaching and mixed teaching. The course team conducts deep rural research, designs courses according to the actual needs of rural areas, determines the types of digital resources, and actively develops high-quality teaching resources. In the implementation process, the course team summed up the innovation path of high quality characteristics of digital resources, which provides reference for the construction of digital resources of other courses.
