摘　　要：本文以上海工程技术大学《企业社会责任和商业伦理》MBA课程的思政建设为例,探讨了在MBA教育中融入企业社会责任和商业伦理教育的重要性和实践路径。通过分析上海工程技术大学在课程思政内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设和考核体系等方面的具体做法,旨在为其他高校提供可借鉴的经验,以促进MBA学生的全面发展,培养具有社会责任感和道德素养的高素质管理人才。This article takes the ideological and political construction of the MBA program “Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics” at Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example to explore the importance and practical path of integrating corporate social responsibility and business ethics education into MBA education. By analyzing the specific practices of Shanghai University of Engineering Science in terms of course ideological and political content, teaching methods, faculty construction, and assessment system, the aim is to provide reference experience for other universities, promote the comprehensive development of MBA students, and cultivate high-quality management talents with social responsibility and moral cultivation.
