摘 要:ChatGPT作为生成式人工智能的典型代表,其影响力如汹涌浪潮般席卷各个行业,教育领域也未能幸免,遭受着强烈冲击。在这个时代背景下,中医骨伤科学教育面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。例如,ChatGPT生成的信息可能不准确,影响学生知识掌握;其便捷性可能削弱学生独立思考能力;还可能引发学术作弊等问题。为应对这些挑战,本文提出了一系列针对性策略:强化人工智能素养教育,让学生了解ChatGPT原理,识别信息准确性;优化教学方法和内容,设计批判性思维任务等;建立完善评价体系,多元化评价并加强诚信教育与监管;促进人机协同教育,挖掘育人价值等。以此维护中医骨伤科学教育的独特性与有效性,为培养符合时代需求的中医骨伤科人才给予理论与实践的有力支撑。As a typical representative of generative artificial intelligence, the influence of ChatGPT swept through various industries like a surging wave, and the education field has not been spared, suffered a strong impact. Under the background of this era, the bone and injury science education of traditional Chinese medicine is facing unprecedented severe challenges. For example, the information generated by ChatGPT may be inaccurate, affecting students’ knowledge grasp;Its convenience may weaken students’ ability to think independently;It can also lead to problems such as academic cheating. In order to deal with these challenges, this paper puts forward a series of targeted strategies: enhancing artificial intelligence literacy education to help students comprehend the principles of ChatGPT and assess the accuracy of information;optimizing teaching methods and content by designing critical thinking tasks, among other strategies;establishing and refining the evaluation system to diversify assessment approaches while strengthening integrity education and supervision;promoting human-machine collaborative education and exploring the value of such educational initi
