摘　　要：当代大学生劳动教育与创造力发展密切相关,劳动教育被视为高等教育人才培养体系的重要组成部分,本文系统回顾了目前对于劳动教育与创造力的定义以及有关现状、影响因素和特征,详细分析了劳动教育对大学生创造力影响的机制。在此基础上,进一步提出了促进创造力的劳动教育策略,并对未来劳动教育与创造力研究的方向进行了展望。The labor education of contemporary college students is intrinsically linked to the enhancement of creativity and is considered a vital component of the talent development framework within higher education. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current definitions of labor education and creativity, examines the existing conditions, influencing factors, and characteristics, and offers an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms through which labor education impacts the creativity of college students. Building upon this foundation, the study additionally proposes strategies for labor education aimed at fostering creativity, and anticipates future research directions in the intersection of labor education and creativity.
