摘  要:在新时代教育背景下,“体”“德”共育于体育课程思政建设中彰显关键价值。本研究深入剖析“体”“德”共育内涵与理论基石,通过文献综述法和内容分析法等研究方法全面审视当前体育课程思政现状,揭示存在的思政元素挖掘浅表、教学方法陈旧、师资思政素养欠缺及评价体系不完善等问题。进而提出针对性实践路径,涵盖深入挖掘体育精神、历史文化及赛事榜样等思政元素,创新体验式、情境式教学法并借助信息化手段,强化体育教师思政素养培育,构建多元评价体系。经实践验证,这些路径有效提升体育课程思政育人成效,促进学生全面发展,为落实立德树人根本任务提供有力支撑。展望未来,体育课程思政将在应对新挑战中持续深化发展,不断探索创新,以培育契合时代需求的高素质人才。Under the background of education in the new era, “Physical Education” and “Moral Education” demonstrates key values in the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum. In this study, we deeply analyze the connotation and theoretical foundation of co-education of “Physical Education” and “Moral Education”, comprehensively examines the current ideological and political status of physical education courses through literature review and content analysis, and reveals the existing problems such as superficial mining of ideological and political elements, outdated teaching methods, the lack of ideological and political quality of teachers and the imperfect evaluation system. Then, the targeted practice path is put forward, covering the in-depth excavation of ideological and political elements such as sports spirit, history and culture and event example, innovating experiential and situational teaching methods and with the help of information means, strengthen the cultivation of physical education quality of PE teachers, and build a diversified evaluation system.
