摘 要:本研究旨在探讨酒店职业伦理教育融入《酒店人力资源管理》课程思政体系的路径与实践策略。文章阐述了课程思政在当前教育体系中的重要性,并强调了职业伦理在促进职业活动中人与社会和谐互动中的核心作用。本研究提出了具体的改革策略,包括整体优化教学内容体系,创新教学设计与教学方法,以及推进实践应用。具体措施包括将职业伦理元素贯穿于教学全过程,通过思辨讨论、课堂辩论等形式提升思政教育的互动性,利用现代信息技术手段展示职业伦理相关案例。在实践应用方面,通过校企合作、理论与实践相结合及线上线下教学模式,有效植入酒店职业伦理教育,并构建了涵盖过程性、形成性和综合性考核的三维考核体系,旨在全面提升学生的专业能力和道德素养,为酒店行业的持续发展培养高素质人才。This study aims to explore the path and practical strategies of integrating hotel professional ethics education into the ideological and political system of the “Hotel Human Resource Management” course. The article elaborates on the importance of ideological and political education in the current education system, and emphasizes the core role of professional ethics in promoting harmonious interaction between individuals and society in professional activities. This study proposes specific reform strategies, including optimizing the overall teaching content system, innovating teaching design and methods, and promoting practical applications. Specific measures include incorporating elements of professional ethics throughout the entire teaching process, enhancing the interactivity of ideological and political education through forms such as critical discussions and classroom debates, and utilizing modern information technology to showcase cases related to professional ethics.
