摘  要:有机锡化合物是迄今为止通过人为活动引入水环境中毒性最强的化学物质之一,特别是用作船舶防污剂的三丁基锡能引起腹足纲螺类雌性个体发生雄性化的畸变现象。本文介绍了国内外对于腹足类的野外监测、尤其是长期监测,性畸变形态解剖学和组织学上的研究概况,并展望了腹足类性畸变研究中指示种的选择、性畸变机理、与人类健康的关系等方面的未来研究。Organotin compounds are one of the most toxic chemicals introduced by human activities into the water environment, especially tributyltin (TBT) can lead to the distortion of masculinization in female gastropods, which is characterized as imposex. In present paper, studies on field monitoring, especially long-term monitoring and anatomy of imposex in China and worldwide were reviewed. In the end, selection of bioindicators, mechanism study of imposex, and relationship between TBT pollution and human health were prospected.
