摘  要:Influence of temperature on effective value of a current density of a semiconductor solar cell is investigated. New equations for explanation of dependence of photovoltaic characteristics of solar cell from temperature are received.Influence of temperature on effective value of a current density of a semiconductor solar cell is investigated.
