摘　　要：Seborrheic keratosis is a benign tumour of external ear originating from proliferative epithelial cells. Its most common site ranges from the retroauricular region to the helical rim. Diagnosis is made on the basis of clinical & histopathological examination. Here, we discuss the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, pathological diagnosis and management of such a case.Seborrheic keratosis is a benign tumour of external ear originating from proliferative epithelial cells.
