摘  要:High-quality microvascular anastomosis is the foundation of successful microsurgery and one of the most important basic skills for microsurgeons. The traditional manual suture is recognized as the “gold standard” for microvascular anastomosis, but it still has problems such as long operation time and easy to cause vascular damage. In order to improve the success rate of microvascular anastomosis, reduce surgical complications and make the prognosis of patients better. In order to improve the success rate of microvascular anastomosis and reduce the surgical complications, scholars at home and abroad have developed some new vascular anastomosis techniques that are simple, fast and minimally invasive while improving the traditional surgical suturing methods.
