摘　　要：Lemierre’s syndrome is a rare and severe sepsis, capable of rapidly compromising the vital prognosis in the absence of early intervention, characterized by an oropharyngeal infection complicated by septic thrombosis of the internal jugular vein and the formation of septic emboli primarily localized at the pulmonary level.
