摘 要:In order to evaluate the effect of 25-OH-D3 on productive performance of broilers and bone mineralization, an experiment in which 10,000 newly born Cobb mixed was used. The animals were divided into two groups: experimental received 25-OH-D3 at a dose of 50 mg/liter and a control group (0 mg/liter). Weight gain and European Production Efficiency Factor (EPEF) were higher (P < 0.05) for chickens that received 25-OH-D3. Mortality was lower (P < 0.05) for the group receiving 25-OH-D3. However feed conversion rate (FCR) and feed intake showed no significant difference between treatments. The amount of calcium in tibia was higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that the use of 25-OH-D3 improves production performance and bone mineral status broiler. In order to evaluate the effect of 25-OH-D3 on productive performance of broilers and bone mineralization, an experiment in which 10,000 newly born Cobb mixed was used.
