摘 要:针对偏心分注技术在测试过程中需对控制层进行反复投捞,受聚合物长期注入影响,杂质多,投捞时常出现捞不着、投不进去而工作量大、测试效率低问题。设计了步进快速调节式同心分层注聚器,将不同槽数的节流元件预置在同心分层注聚器内,测试全过程取消投捞;采用同心对接的方式,对接成功率大幅提高。在聚驱分注井中推广应用同心分层注聚工具,单井测试时间由4.5天缩短至2.8天,测试效率提高37.8%,累计创效973万元。In the process of eccentric separate injection technology testing, the control layer needs to be fished repeatedly. Due to the influence of long-term polymer injection, there are many impurities, which often lead to the problems of fishing failure, heavy workload and low testing efficiency. A step-by-step fast regulating concentric layered polymer injector is designed. The throttling elements with different number of slots are preset in the concentric layered polymer injector, and the fishing is canceled in the whole test process. The success rate of docking is greatly improved by adopting the concentric docking method. The test time of single well is shortened from 4.5 days to 2.8 days, the test efficiency is increased by 37.8%, and the cumulative efficiency is 9.73 million yuan.
