摘　　要：《正义的实施》是当代美国剧作家艾米丽·曼创作的文献剧。该剧以法庭庭审的方式探讨了1978年丹·怀特刺杀旧金山市长乔治·莫斯科内和同性恋身份的议员哈维·米尔克的历史事件。本文在详细介绍剧本历史背景,剧本内容的基础上,着重分析了该历史事件在促进美国司法进步与完善方面发挥的积极作用。Execution of Justice is contemporary American playwright Emily Mann's documentary drama. With the form of court trials, it explores the historical event that in 1978 Dan White assassinated San Francisco's mayor George Moscone and gay supervisor Harvey Milk. Based on a detailed introduction of the historical background and description of the contents, this essay tries to analyze the positive role that it exerts on the progress and perfection of American law.
