给出了单电子量子同心环基态能量随其半径和势垒的变化规律,并根据动力学和不确定关系对变化规律进行分析,通过密度函数显示基态的电子几率分布.结果表明,即使基态能量小于势垒,电子在势垒中的几率也不为零.
