研究了TiO2纳晶多孔薄膜电极的制备及其表征,采用丝网印刷方法制备了加入造孔剂聚苯乙烯的TiO2纳晶多孔薄膜电极;同时利用SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附和XPS对TiO2薄膜电极的晶型、粒径、孔洞分布、元素组成和表面结合态进行了表征分析。
