摘 要:唐氏综合征合并听力障碍是一种临床常见的多重障碍类型。相较于其他单一的疾病类型,多重障碍康复难度更大,进展更缓慢。现阶段针对此类患儿的早期系统性听觉言语康复缺乏一种有章可循的干预模式。为尝试提供一种可资借鉴的干预方式,本文以一名低龄的唐氏综合征合并听力障碍儿童为个案对象,经过专业的评估和分析,制订了个性化的早期阶段性听觉言语康复计划,经过传统听觉言语康复和专业技术方法的干预后,个案在听觉功能、认知言语和社交功能、构音能力等方面均有了显著的提高。通过对该个案康复治疗过程的分析,本文认为针对此类患儿进行阶段性特异性的听觉康复和认知言语治疗并辅助以应用行为分析法和社会性游戏法,是一种行之有效且趣味性强的干预方式。Down syndrome combined with hearing impairment is a common clinical type of multiple disorder.Children with multiple impairments are more difficult and slower in recovery than children with other single diseases.At present,there is a lack of a systematic intervention model of the early auditory and speech rehabilitation for such children.In order to try to provide an exemplary model as such,this paper focuses on a young child suffering from Down syndrome and hearing impairment.We have developed a personalized early periodical auditory and speech rehabilitation program through professional evaluations and analyses.After the intervention of traditional auditory speech rehabilitation and professional technical methods,the child has significantly improved in auditory function,cognitive function,speech and social function,sound articulation and other aspects.Through the analysis of the rehabilitation process for the case,this paper holds that it is an effective and interesting intervention method for these children through carrying out the stage-specific auditory rehabilitation and cognitive speech therapy,with the adjuvant therapy of applied behavior analysis and social games.
