摘  要:高质量的师资队伍是职业院校高水平建设的重要支撑。基于对浙江省高职院校“十三五”期间师资队伍的发展状况、内在特征和发展态势的剖析,从师资队伍数量、师资队伍结构、社会服务能力等方面对“双高”院校和其他院校进行对比,分析师资队伍的建设成效和存在问题。从总体来看,“双高”院校的师资队伍在数量、结构、社会服务能力等方面与其他院校相比均表现出明显优势。站在当前职业教育发展的新起点,思考“十四五”期间师资队伍高质量发展的方向和路径,需要从扩容到提质,拓宽师资引进渠道;从新手到专家,搭建教师专业发展平台;从创新到发展,提高教师社会服务能力。High-quality teaching staff is an important support for the high-level construction of higher vocational colleges.Based on the comparative analysis of the development status,internal characteristics and development trend of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province during the 13th Five Year Plan period,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the“double-high colleges”and“other colleges”from the aspects of the number of teaching staff,the structure of teaching staff and social service ability,and analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of teaching staff.On the whole,compared with other colleges,the teaching staff of double-high colleges show obvious advantages in quantity,structure and social service ability.Standing at the new starting point of the current development of vocational education,and thinking about the direction and paths of high-quality development of teachers during the 14th Five Year Plan.It is necessary to change from capacity expansion to quality improvement to broaden the channels for the introduction of teachers;from novice to expert to build a platform for teachers’professional development;from innovation to development to improve teachers’social service ability.
