摘　　要：统筹“三教”协同创新是党中央作出的重大战略部署,是建设高质量教育体系的必然要求,是教育实践改革发展的推动,是优化职业教育类型定位的关键,是提高人才自主培养质量的迫切需要,是促进人的全面发展的必然选择。统筹“三教”协同创新需要进一步强化省级人民政府教育统筹。面对新形势新要求,统筹“三教”协同创新背景下省级人民政府教育统筹的调适与变革路径为:科学界定省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新的责权利,推进省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新的法治化,建立中央与省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新的协调沟通机制,构建省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新工作的推进机制,提升省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新工作的治理能力,开展对省级人民政府统筹“三教”协同创新的评价。Coordinating the“three education”collaborative innovation is a major strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee,an inevitable requirement for building a high-quality education system,a promotion of the reform and development of education practice,a key to optimizing the orientation of vocational education types,an urgent need to improve the quality of independent training of talents,and an inevitable choice to promote the all-round development of people.The coordinated innovation of“three education”needs to further strengthen the overall plan of education of the provincial people’s government.In the face of the new situation and new requirements,the adjustment and transformation paths of the provincial people’s government’s overall plan of education in the context of coordinated innovation of“three education”is to scientifically define the responsibilities and rights of the provincial people’s government to coordinate the coordinated innovation of“three education”,promote the legalization of the coordinated innovation of“three education”by the provincial people’s government,establish a coordination and communication mechanism between the central and provincial people’s governments to coordinate the coordinated innovation of“three education”,build the promotion mechanism of the provincial people’s government to coordinate the“three education”collaborative innovation work,improve the governance ability of the provincial people’s government to coordinate the“three education”collaborative innovation work and carry out the evaluation of the provincial people’s government to coordinate the“three education”collaborative innovation.
