高职院校网络育人功能的优化策略研究

摘　　要：进入21世纪,互联网深刻而复杂地影响和改变着当代大学生的生活和学习,尤其是近几年疫情之下,互联网以其便捷性和“非接触性”,在大学生的日常生活中扮演了越来越重要的角色。高等职业教育是为社会培养和输送技术人才的重要渠道,尤其是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》出台后,全社会将职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展更加突出的位置。当前,社会对高素质技术技能人才的要求不断提高,对高等职业教育的教学质量以及育人质量也都提出更高要求。高职院校要与时俱进,加快完善和优化“网络育人”实践平台及功能,将原有育人工作方式与网络高效融合,借助互联网技术的应用优势,提升育人工作效率及质量。文章从高职院校网络育人工作现状角度出发,分析梳理了网络对高职院校师生的影响,总结了现阶段高职院校网络育人的困境,并结合技术发展背景、研究者工作经验等对优化新时代高职院校网络育人功能提出了建议,从制度设计、功能提升、渠道扩展、内容更新、路径优化、闭环机制等方面着手,提出优化网络育人功能的具体措施。In the 21st century,the Internet has profoundly and complicatedly influenced and changed the life and study of contemporary college students.Especially in recent years with the epidemic,with its convenience and“non-contact”,the Internet has played an increasingly important role in the daily life of college students.Higher vocational education is an important channel to train and transport technical talents for the society.Especially after the introduction of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,the whole society places vocational education in a more prominent position in education reform innovation and economic and social development.At present,the society’s demand for high-quality technical talents is constantly improving,and the teaching quality and educating quality of higher vocational education are also put forward higher requirements.Higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the times,accelerate the improvement and optimization of the practice platform and function of“network education”,effectively integrate the original work mode of education with the network,and improve the efficiency and quality of education work with the application advantages of Internet technology.From the perspective of the current situation of network education in higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes and combs the influence of network on teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,summarizes the dilemma of network education in higher vocational colleges at the present stage,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing the network education function of higher vocational colleges in the new era based on the background of technological development and the work experience of researchers.From the aspects of system design,function promotion,channel expansion,content renewal,path optimization and closed-loop mechanism,the paper puts forward specific measures to optimize the function of network education.
