摘　　要：在高职院校铁路专业学生中开展劳动教育是实现交通强国梦的时代召唤,是促进学校可持续发展的必然要求,提升学生综合素质的战略选择。基于目前高职院校劳动教育开展过程中还存在着对劳动教育认知不清、劳动教育形式单一、劳动教育体系构建不完善等问题,高职院校应当找准方向,加强顶层设计,构建好课堂教学、实训实习、校园文化建设三位一体的劳动教育模式。Carrying out labor education among railway students in higher vocational colleges is the call of the times to realize the dream of traffic power,the inevitable requirement to promote the sustainable development of the school,and the strategic choice to improve the comprehensive quality of students.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the development of labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear understanding of labor education,single form of labor education,and imperfect construction of labor education system,etc.Higher vocational colleges should find the right direction,strengthen the top-level design,and construct a trinity labor education model of classroom teaching,practical training and campus culture construction.
