乡村振兴背景下民族地区空间改造与农村现代化建设

摘　　要：乡村振兴的目标是推进农村现代化和实现城乡融合发展。城镇化快速进行的背景下,农村社会结构发生改变,部分地区出现空心化、空巢化和老龄化等困境,农村现代化建设成为城乡融合发展的重点。近年来,学界对农村社会发展变迁展开热议,主要观点是强调乡村振兴背景下农村的再生发展。当前,在快速城镇化背景下,民族地区农村受外部动力的驱动,农村物理空间受到不同程度的改造,导致农村社会关系和生活方式发生变化,进而影响农村现代化建设。民族地区农村具有传统性和民族性等特征,农村社会结构稳定和整体发育程度不高,通过农村空间改造,能够推动民族地区农村现代化进程。本文以"空间改造—现代化"为分析框架,通过对拉萨市C村空间改造的田野调查,认为民族地区空间改造与农村现代化具有互为型塑的关系:一方面,农村空间改造由居住空间改造、生产空间改造和公共空间改造构成,空间改造分别促进农民生活方式转变、经济资本积累和社会关系拓展。另一方面,空间改造对农村现代化的作用,体现在农民物质现代化、行为现代化和观念现代化,同时具有空间更新、空间消费和空间认同的特征。乡村振兴的关键在于发挥农民主体性地位,民族地区农村空间改造促使农民实现生产和生活方式的现代化转变,使农民成为农村现代化建设的发展主体,有利于民族地区农村的全面振兴。The goal of rural revitalization is to promote rural modernization and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.With accelerated urbanization,the social structure of rural areas has been changed,resulting in social problems including empty nest,and aging population,obstructing the integrated development of urban and rural areas.In recent years,the academic circles have carried out discussions on the social changes in rural areas,with main conclusion addressing the rural regeneration through rural revitalization program.At present,under the background of rapid urbanization,the rural areas in ethnic minority areas are driven by external power,and the rural external space has been transformed in various degrees,resulting in change of rural internal spatial structure and spatial relationship.It is expected to attain the promotion of rural modernization through rural space transformation considering the social structure stability and insufficient overall development in rural area.Based on the analysis framework of"space reconstruction-modernization",this article makes case study on space reconstruction of village C in Lhasa,and concludes that the transformation and modernization of rural space in ethnic areas are mutually affected.On the one hand,the improvement of the rural space is made by the reconstruction of the living space,the transformation of the production space and the reconstruction of the public space,and the spatial transformation promotes the transformation of the peasants’living mode,the accumulation of the economic capital and the expansion of the social relations.On the other hand,the effect of space transformation on the modernization of the countryside is reflected in the peasants’material modernization,the modernization of their behavior and view.The key to the implementation of rural revitalization lies in giving full play to the subjective position of farmers.The spatial transformation of rural areas in ethnic areas promotes farmers to realize modern transformation in prod
