摘　　要：十九大报告中提出的"时代新人"回答了中国特色社会主义新时期培养什么样的人的问题,"时代新人"成为了近两年研究和讨论的热点话题。在热议当中也出现了许多问题,如"时代新人"内涵抽象泛化、培养主体不明确、培养途径不完善等。因此通过阅读分析文献,目的是梳理和总结学者们对"时代新人"的内涵、培养主体对象以及培养途径、载体等方面的研究现状,以期拓展后续研究。The"New Generation of the Era"proposed in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)has answered the question of what kind of people to cultivate in the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has become a hot topic of research and discussion in the past two years.There are many problems in the hot discussion of"New Generation of the Era",such as the abstract generalization of the connotation of"New Generation of the Era",the unclear training subject and the imperfect training approach.The status quo of scholars’research on the connotation,cultivation subjects,cultivation approaches and carriers of"New Generation of the Era"are sorted out and summarized,so as to expand the follow-up research.
