摘 要:目的分析PBL教学法在护理查房中的应用效果及评判性思维评价。方法回顾性分析本院2019年1月-2019年12月60例骨科低年资(N0-N1)护士与实习护士,按随机数表分为两组,对照组30例采用传统教学法查房,研究组30例采用PBL教学法查房,对两组评判性思维、考核成绩、对带教形式的满意度以及对导师的满意度进行比较。结果采用PBL教学法进行护理查房的研究组其系统化能力、开放思维、认知成熟度、评判性思维、分析能力评分优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究的组护理技能、护理理论评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组对带教模式的满意度,研究组(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组对导师的满意度,研究组各项评分均高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法应用于护理查房中,能提高护生评判性思维,还能使其护理技能以及护理理论提高,并且这种带教方式能够使护士学习的积极性得到提升,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the application effect and critical thinking evaluation of PBL teaching method in nursing ward round.Methods 60 orthopedic Junior(N0-N1)nurses and trainee nurses in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.30 cases in the control group were checked by traditional teaching method and 30 cases in the research group were checked by PBL teaching method.The two groups were compared in critical thinking,examination results,satisfaction with teaching forms and satisfaction with tutors.Results The scores of systematic ability,open thinking,cognitive maturity,critical thinking and analytical ability in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of nursing skills and nursing theory in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the two groups’satisfaction with the teaching mode,the research group(96.67%)was higher than the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups,the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in nursing room inspection can not only improve the critical thinking of nursing students,but also improve their nursing skills and nursing theory.This teaching method can improve the learning enthusiasm of nurses,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
