药物联合绘画疗法治疗青少年抑郁患者的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的对药物联合绘画疗法治疗青少年抑郁患者的疗效评估进行分析。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于我院进行治疗的青少年抑郁患者40例,将其分成观察组以及对照组,每个组20例。给观察组实行药物联合绘画疗法的方法,给对照组实行药物治疗的方法,对比两个组患者经过不同的治疗之后的效果,其中包含患者的抑郁评分和治疗满意度。结果经过治疗之后,两个组的患者相关抑郁评分都相较于治疗之前有显著的改善,但观察组患者的评分明显优于对照组,且数据差异显著,P<0.05。就满意度而言,观察组的满意度为85.00%,对照组的满意度为60.00%,观察组患者的治疗满意度优于对照组,且数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论对患有抑郁症的青少年实行药物联合绘画疗法的方法治疗,不仅能够缓解患者的病情,而且治疗后的抑郁评分得到较大的改善,还提高了患者的治疗满意度,预后的效果极佳。因此,使用该方法治疗青少年抑郁患者有很大的意义,建议在临床推崇使用。Objective To analyze the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of drug combined painting therapy on adolescent depression patients.Methods A total of 40 adolescent depression patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups,an observation group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with a combination of medicine and painting,and the control group was treated with a drug.The two groups were compared for their effects after different treatments,including the patient’s depression score and treatment satisfaction.Results After treatment,the depression scores of patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,but the scores of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group,and the data were significantly different,P<0.05.In terms of satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group was 85.00%and the satisfaction of the control group was 60.00%.The treatment satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group,and the data were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of adolescents with depression with drug-painting therapy can not only relieve the patient’s condition,but also greatly improve the depression score after treatment,and also improve the patient’s treatment satisfaction.The prognosis is extremely effective.Therefore,it is of great significance to use this method to treat adolescent depression patients,and it is recommended to use it in clinical practice.
