摘 要:目的:通过3D打印技术结合以案例为基础的教学法(CBL),帮助住院医师深入理解Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病(NF1)合并脊柱侧凸的临床特点及解剖结构,以提高教学效果。方法:选择2021年12月至2022年4月在骨科进行住院医师规范化培训的专业学位硕士研究生,根据随机数字表法随机分为传统教学组和改良教学组,每组各10人。传统教学组应用传统教学方法;改良教学组应用3D打印技术结合CBL,即通过临床案例进行基础理论知识教学,并通过3D打印的脊柱模型进行解剖知识教学。记录并比较两组住院医师理论知识考核、解剖结构及特点辨识考核和调查问卷评价结果,以评估教学效果差异。结果:两组住院医师的初始理论知识考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。改良教学组终末理论知识考核成绩和解剖结构及特点辨识考核成绩均高于传统教学组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良教学组在课程评价、学习兴趣、自学能力、学习效率等主观评价方面也均优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统教学法相比,采用3D打印技术结合CBL不仅可以辅助住院医师更好地掌握NF1合并脊柱侧凸的临床知识及解剖结构,还可以显著提高其教学满意度。Objective:To assist junior physicians in understanding the clinical characteristics and anatomical structure of neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1)-related scoliosis by 3D printing technology combined with case based learning(CBL),and to improve the teaching effect.Methods:The professional degree and master’s students who underwent standardized residency training in the orthopaedic department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from December 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and experimental teaching group,with 10 people in each group.Traditional teaching methods were applied in the traditional teaching group.Theoretical knowledge was taught through clinical cases,and anatomical knowledge was taught through spinal 3D printing technology in the experimental teaching group.The theoretical knowledge assessment,anatomical structure identification assessment and questionnaire results were recorded and compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the initial theoretical assessment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental teaching group had significantly higher scores in the final theoretical knowledge assessment and anatomical structure identification assessment than the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The subjective evaluation such as course evaluation,learning interest,self-learning ability,and learning efficiency in the experimental teaching group were superior to the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the traditional teaching method,the use of 3D printing technology combined with CBL can not only help residents better grasp the clinical knowledge and anatomical structure of NF1-related scoliosis,but also significantly improve teaching satisfaction.
