摘 要:本文以核电企业开展外部技术成果转化工作为例,讨论了非物质因素对知识型员工的激励作用,首先在以往研究基础上归纳了知识型员工激励的主要影响因素,然后选择了培训、符合个人要求、团队合作、工作成就感、参与决策、工作自由度等非物质因素考察其对项目中知识型员工的激励作用。通过比较激励前后团队稳定性和团队产出,证明非物质因素在核电科技创新工作中能够提高知识型员工工作积极性和劳动产出,并就后续研究方向提出建议。This paper,taking nuclear power enterprises to carry out the external technical achievements transformation work as an example,discusses the intangible factors on the incentive effect of knowledge staff.First of all,the main influencing factors of incentive method to knowledge employee were summed up based on previous studies,and then intangible factors such as training,meeting individual requirements,team work,sense of achievement,participation in decision-making,and freedom of work,were selected to investigate the incentive effect of the method on the knowledge workers in the project.The team stability and team output were compared before and after the incentive.It was proved that the method could improve the enthusiasm and labor output of the knowledge workers in nuclear power scientific and technological innovation,and suggestions were put forward for the follow-up research direction.
