内省戒治对戒毒人员身心康复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨融合了内观疗法和经史合参戒治技术的内省戒治对戒毒人员身心康复的效果。方法2021年11月使用内省戒治对北京市天堂河强制隔离戒毒所52例男性戒毒人员进行为期6周的系统干预治疗,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理健康测查表(PHI)、行为应对方式问卷、戒毒准备与迫切性量表等心理学量表进行多维度测量评估。正态计量资料采用t检验。结果经过内省戒治的系统干预,戒毒人员焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪显著缓解,躯体化症状有所改善,人际行为模式、社会态度趋于良性改变,戒毒动机有较大提升。结论戒毒人员通过内省戒治系统干预治疗后,身心康复效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of introspection therapy on the physical and mental recovery of drug addicts,which integrates Naikan therapy and retrospection practice of classics therapy techniques.Methods In November 2021,52 male drug addicts in Beijing Tiantanghe Compulsory Isolated Drug Rehabilitation Center were treated with the introspective therapy for 6 weeks.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),mental health checklist(PHI),behavioral coping style questionnaire,drug addiction preparation and urgency scale and other psychological scales were used for multi-dimensional measurement and evaluation.Normal measurement data were tested by t test.Results Through the systematic intervention of introspection therapy,the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of the drug addicts were significantly relieved,the somatization symptoms were improved,the interpersonal behavior patterns and social attitudes tended to be benign,and the motivation of drug abstinence was greatly improved.Conclusion After the systematic intervention through the introspective therapy,the effects on physical and mental rehabilitation of the drug addicts are obvious.
