基于“岗课赛证”融通的高职教学管理改革路径探析——以沙洲职业工学院为例

摘  要:文章阐述了“岗课赛证”融通的内涵,高职院校可以在建立合理的“岗课赛证”融通组织机构、协调制度和管理要求的基础上,通过强化“岗课赛证”融通基础、重构课程体系和教学内容、培养综合型“双师”教学团队和加强教学管理队伍建设等改革路径探索,提升高职教学管理能力,进一步优化高质量人才培养水平。This paper discusses the connotation of the integration of position,course,competition and certificate.On the basis of reasonable integration institution,coordination system and management requirements,higher vocational colleges are expected to probe into the reform path by strengthening the integration basis,reconstructing curriculum system and teaching contents,cultivating comprehensive"Double-Professional"teaching team and enhancing the teaching-management construction to promote the teaching management ability and further optimize the level of cultivating high quality talents.
