高等院校兽医学专业人才医德教育模式探索与实践——以沈阳农业大学动物科学与医学学院为例

摘　　要：高等院校政治教育中最重要的部分就是立德树人,所以对于兽医学专业人才的培养的基本任务之一就是医德教育。兽医与畜主之间会经常出现纠纷,已经成为社会问题。故培养“德术”并重的兽医学高级人才给兽医专业院校带来了新的挑战。但是目前我国兽医医德教育的现状却并不乐观,存在兽医院校忽略医德教育,兽医医德教育缺乏连续性,培养环境与育人环境相矛盾等诸多问题。沈阳农业大学动物科学与医学学院通过制定提高兽医人才医德素质的举措,在创新医德教育方式,建立医德评价体系等方面进行了实践。本研究将兽医学专业学生的培育与医生道德的养成相结合,对兽医人才医德教育存在的问题进行分析,并对相关德育教育模式进行了探索。Morality education is the most important part of political education in colleges and universities,so medical ethics education should regard as one of the most important tasks in the process of veterinary medical professionals training.There are frequent disputes between veterinarians and livestock owners,and this problem between doctors and livestock owners has become a social problem.Therefore,it brings new challenges for veterinary colleges and universities to cultivate senior veterinary medicine talents with equal emphasis on morality and skill.However,the current situation of medical ethics education in our country is not optimistic,there exist many problems,such as neglecting medical ethics education in veterinary colleges,lack of continuity of veterinary medical ethics education,and the contradiction between training environment and education environment.College of animal science and medicine of Shenyang agriculture university has formulated effective measures to improve medical ethics of veterinary talents,and has carried out a series of practices,such as innovating medical ethics education methods,establishing a medical ethics evaluation system,etc.This study combines the skill and morality cultivation of veterinary medicine students together,analyzes the status of morality cultivation of veterinary medicine students and explores the future morality education mode in the new era.
