高校国防重点学科实验室保密管理探究

摘　　要：高校国防重点学科实验室在承担国防科技人才培养、国防科技创新研究等方面,发挥着重要作用,由于其涉密项目任务重、项目涉密程度深等原因,实验室保密管理至关重要。在充分认识高校国防重点学科实验室保密管理特点的基础上,科学分析实验室保密管理存在的风险与隐患,并提出"环境-–人员–信息"三闭环的保密管理对策与建议。The key discipline laboratories of national defense in colleges and universities play an important role in the training of national defense science and technology talents,the research of national defense science and technology innovation,etc.Because of the heavy task and the deep degree of confidentiality,the laboratory confidentiality management is very important.On the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of laboratory secrecy management in key disciplines of national defense in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the risks and hidden dangers of laboratory secrecy management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the"Environment-personnel-information"three closed-loop secrecy management.
