摘　　要：古代体医融合思想与传统中医文化发展一样源远流长、博大精深。它源起于古代中国人对于防治疾病、养生保健的追求。采用文献资料法、逻辑思辨法和历史比较法,对古代各时期具有代表性的体医融合思想进行梳理,从中国古代体医融合思想生成逻辑、历史进程、当代价值意蕴三个方面进行介绍,旨在明确体医融合理念、挖掘体医融合思想内容、为中医运动养生文化继承和保护、健康中国建设提供借鉴和参考。The ancient thought of the integration of sports and medicine has a long history,and is as extensive and profound as the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.It originated from the ancient Chinese people's pursuit of disease prevention and health care.With the methods of literature,logical thinking and historical comparison,the paper analyzes the typical thought of the integration of sports and medicthe in different times,introduces the generation logic,historical process and contemporary value imphcation of the thought of the integration of sports and medicine aiming to clarify the concept of the integration of sports and medicine explore the thought content of the integration of sports and medicine,and provide references for the integraion of ritance and protection of traditional Chinese medicine sports and the health culture,and the building of healthy China.
