高校合唱指挥教学内容与方法的创新

摘　　要：现阶段高校合唱指挥教学受到传统教学思想的影响,一些教师更加注重对理论知识的讲解,而忽略了对学生创新思维能力以及实践能力的培养,学生逐渐成为“节拍器”,与音乐专业人才需求相差甚远。因此广大教师要转变过去的教学思想,不断创新教学方法,坚持理论和实践的融合,让音乐专业学生在合唱指挥课上获得更加全面的发展和提升。At present,the chorus conducting teaching in colleges and universities has been affected by traditional teaching ideas,and some teachers pay more attention to the explanation of theoretical knowledge rather than students’innovative thinking ability and practical ability.So the students have gradually become“metronomes”,and lagged behind the need of professional music talents.Therefore,teachers have to transform teaching ideas,and constantly innovate teaching methods.Based on the integration of theories and practice in chorus conducting course,the paper aimed at the complete development and improvement of the students in music major.
