摘  要:为推进体育院校教育教学改革,培养高素质体育职业人才。本文以“立德树人”为基本方向,对如何提升体育院校学生职业素养展开讨论。研究表明,体育院校只有抓住立德树人内涵,优化学生职业教育活动设计,才能有效培养学生职业道德意识和专业能力,有针对性的提升学生职业素养,使其成长为更为符合时代需求的职业人才。In order to promote teaching reform and cultivate high-quality professional telents in physical institutes,the paper set“fostering morality though education”as the research direction,and conducted the discussion on the improvement of students’professional quality in physical institutes.The results revealed that,only the integration of fostering morality through education and the optimization of activity design can effectively cultivate students’sense of professional ethics and professional abilities,so as to help them grow into the professional talents catering to social needs.
