摘  要:高校教师需要在整个教学生涯中持续提升自己的教学能力,传统途径是依靠个人的自主学习能力、自我反思能力或者偶发性地参加一些教学培训来实现,实践证明,这些途径所产生的效果并不尽如人意。当前,构建学习共同体,通过集体研讨和集体反思提升共同体成员的教学能力已成为一条有效的途径。College teachers need to continuously improve their teaching ability in the whole teaching career.The traditional ways of improving teaching ability mainly rely on the ability of self-study,the ability of self reflection or occasional participation in some training activities.Practices have proved that the effect of these ways was not satisfactory.At present,it’s found that one of the effective ways to improve teaching ability is to build a learning community for collective discussion and reflection.
