摘　　要：通过解读虚拟仿真实实验项目在法学领域的意义,说明利用Moot Court赛事作为虚拟仿真实实验项目,对于培养解决涉外商事领域争议的专门性人才的价值。探讨如何利用Moot Court赛事实现涉外商事领域人才培养,针对此类虚拟仿真实实验项目目标设计开发综合性国际商事实验课程体系,以及探索如何在新的课程体系中应用新的、能够对接Moot Court赛事的教学方法和教学资料库的建立问题。By interpreting the significance of the virtual simulation experiment project in the field of law,this thesis illustrates the value of using the Moot Court event as a virtual simulation experiment project to cultivate specialized talents who resolve disputes in foreign-related business fields.This thesis is aimed at exploring how to use Moot Court in order to realize the goal of a virtual reality experiment project in a foreignrelated business field,how to design and establish a comprehensive international business experiment course system toward this goal and how the application of new teaching methods and the building of teaching databases that match Moot Court events can be explored in this new curriculum.
