动态评估视角下特殊儿童学校评估现状探讨——以杭州市某特校为例

摘  要:高质量教育评估是特殊教育安置的前提,随着特殊教育不断向高水平发展,如何建立高质量、科学化、动态化的特殊教育评估体系广受关注。以20世纪30年代维果斯基的最近发展区为理论基础的动态评估理论,不仅能为特殊儿童心理评估提供科学指导,且对特殊学校动态评估体系的建立具有重要意义。文章以杭州市某特殊教育学校为例,通过对特殊学校学生入学前、后评估现状进行解析,以动态评估视角为基础,探讨特殊教育学校科学、动态评估体系建立的意义。High quality education evaluation is the premise of special education placement.With the continuous development of special education to a high level,how to establish a high quality,scientific and dynamic special education evaluation system has attracted widespread attention.The dynamic assessment theory based on Vygotsky’s Zone of nearest development in the 1930s can not only provide scientific guidance for the psychological assessment of special children,but also play an important role in the establishment of the dynamic assessment system of special schools.Taking a special education school in Hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of before and after enrolment assessment of special school students,and discusses the significance of establishing a scientific and dynamic assessment system for special education schools based on the perspective of dynamic assessment.
