包容性创业视域下我国残疾人创业教育模式探索

摘  要:没有残疾人的小康,就不是真正意义上的全面小康,为帮助更多的残疾人实现优质创业,以创业带动就业,文章对残疾人创业问题展开研究发现,我国残疾人创业教育存在教育内容与创业需求脱节、教育形式重讲授轻示范、教育师资队伍实践性不足等问题。按照创业意愿和创业能力,文章将残疾创业者归为低意愿低能力、高意愿低能力、高意愿高能力和高意愿低能力四个象限对残疾人的就业情况进行分析。最后,文章构建阶梯型创业教育模式,对不同象限内残疾创业者的创业教育提出具体的实施对策。A moderately prosperous society without the disabled is not an all-round well-off in the true sense.In order to help more disabled people realize high-quality entrepreneurship and drive employment through entrepreneurship,a study on the entrepreneurship of disabled people is carried out.The educational content is out of touch with the entrepreneurial needs,the educational form emphasizes teaching rather than demonstration,and the teaching staff is insufficient in practicality.Then,according to entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability,disabled entrepreneurs are classified as low willingness and low ability,high willingness and low ability,and high willingness.There are four quadrants of high ability,high willingness and low ability.Finally,a ladder-type entrepreneurial education model is constructed,and specific implementation strategies are put forward for the entrepreneurial education of disabled entrepreneurs in different quadrants.
