摘　　要：以对话、协作为特征的教师学习正成为教师专业发展的新趋势,为此重新设计教师学习空间的问题开始受到关注。结合国内外学习空间研究的理论脉络与台湾教师学习设计的实作案例,本文提出学习空间是物理空间和社会空间相统一的观点,具体分析了教师学习空间应有的构成要素、设计特征及功能发挥。Teacher learning based on dialogue and cooperation is becoming a new trend of teachers’professional development.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the redesign of teachers’learning space.Combined with the theoretical context and practical cases of the study of learning space,this paper puts forward that learning space is the unity of physical space and social space,and then analyzes the characteristics of two levels and six elements of teachers’learning space design,and further proposes that teachers’learning space should be designed as teachers’learning community,activity center,design center and experience center.
