摘 要:通过组织来自全国的厅级以上专家型领导的高层小规模封闭会议以及一百多位省、市、县有关教育行政领导及各级各类学校校长参加的五次座谈会,调研显示:教育领域风险点不仅种类繁多、成因复杂,并且危机上升,存在诸多教育重大风险。本研究揭示了教育领域风险点类型与后果,重点分析了教育领域的风险成因,提出了防范化解的"底线思维"。By organizing small closed meetings with expert leaders at or above the country’s department level,and five symposiums with educational administrative leaders from more than one hundred provincials,cities and counties,and headmasters from schools of various types and levels,the seminars show that risk point in the education field is comprised of various types,with complicated origins and increasing crisis.Therefore,there are massive education major risks.This study reveals the types and consequences of risk points in the education field,focuses on the analysis of the causes of risk in the education field and obtains the"bottom-line thinking"of prevention and resolution.
