摘 要:学习毅力是学习者在学习中通过调节自身学习行为、学习情感和认知,克服学习困难与挫折,以达到长期学习目标的品质。重大疫情下,学校教学以网络形式为主,以确保停课不停学;对于中学生来说,由于正处于身心发展的敏感期,因此保持稳定、高水平的学习毅力十分重要。为了解当前中学生学习毅力现状及存在的问题,本研究在东、中、西部8省市进行问卷调查,通过对调研的大数据分析,发现中学生学习毅力现状中存在的主要问题有:学习目标尚欠、抗逆性不高、自我控制能力弱。据此提出以下培养提升策略:加强家校合作,帮助学生树立学习目标;加强学生思想政治教育和心理疏导,提高学生的抗逆性;引导学生改变情境与认知,督促学生加强自我控制能力。Learning grit refers to the quality of learners'goal-oriented,self-regulation,self-monitoring of cognition,emotion and behavior in the process of learning,and courage to overcome difficulties and perseverance.Under the major epidemic situation,the school teaching is mainly in the form of network,and the middle school students are in the sensitive period of physical and mental development,so it is very important to maintain a stable and high level of learning grit.In order to understand the Status quo and problems of middle school students'learning grit,this study conducted a questionnaire survey in 8 provinces in the east,middle and west of China.Through data analysis,it is found that the main problems in the present situation of students'learning grit are as follows:lack of clarity in learning goals,the resilience is not high,and the self-control ability is weak.Accordingly,the study proposes the following strategies:strengthen the cooperation between home and school;train students to set long-term or higher goals;strengthen students'ideological and political education and psychological guidance,improve students'resistance to stress;guide students to change situation and cognition,urge students to strengthen self-control ability.
