摘  要:作为一种集体行动,名校集团化办学具有目标一致、合作共进、利益共享等集体行动的一般属性,也面临着"搭便车"、边界意识、个体理性与集体理性冲突等集体行动的困境。名校集团化办学应该深刻认识集体行动的内涵及属性,准确把握集体行动的困境,在同时满足参与学校及教师工具性需要和表意性需要的基础上,通过制度规约,减少"搭便车"现象,最大限度地降低学校及教师的参与成本,使参与集团化办学的学校及教师能从中获得应有的利益;同时,通过重构组织边界,突破参与学校及教师原有的物理边界、社会边界、心理边界的限制,增强名校集团化办学的内部合法性,推进名校集团化办学促进基础教育优质均衡发展,让每个孩子都享有公平而有质量的教育。As a collective action,grouped school running has the general attributes of collective action,such as consistent goals,cooperation and progress,benefit sharing,etc.It also faces the dilemma of collective action such as"free riding",border awareness,conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality.Grouped school running must strictly follow the logic of collective action,and accurately grasp the connotation and characteristics of collective action.And on the basis of satisfying the instrumental and expressive needs of participating schools and teachers at the same time,by institutional regulations,the participation cost of schools and teachers can be maximally reduced,as well as benefit those who are truly involved.By reconstructing the boundary,the schools and teachers participating in the group can break through the original physical boundary,social boundary and psychological boundary,and integrate into the new group wholeheartedly to realize the goal of promoting the quality and balanced development of basic education through grouped school running and enabling every child to enjoy a fair and quality education.
