高职法律院校发展思路探究

摘　　要：高职法律教育属于职业教育,是一种特殊的职业教育,即本质上是一种法律职业教育。高职法律教育有着法律职业教育的特殊性,有着不同于其他职业教育的特殊性。因此,高职法律院校的教育难以实现和职业教育理念的高度契合。在现有职业教育理念下,面临着发展的困境。高职法律院校在当前仍需遵循现代职业教育理念,既要按照现代职业教育的教育要求谋求发展,又要体现高职法律教育的特色,探索高职法律教育的创新之路。高职法律院校一定要发挥行业办学优势,多途径创新办学模式,创新性加强内涵建设。最终通过提升办学层次,适应高职法律院校的发展。Higher vocational legal education belongs to careereducation.However,in essence,it is a special kind of career education,that is,the education of legal career.The legal education conducted at the higher vocational law institutes is of its own particularity of legal career education,making it different from other career education.Therefore,it is impossible for the education at the higher vocational law institutes to be in line with the concept of career education.Under the present concept of career education and in the face of the developmental dilemma,it is necessary that the higher vocational law institutes follow the concept of modern vocational education not only to develop in accordance with the educational requirements of modern career education,but also to explore the innovation of legal education with the higher vocational characteristics.We must take full advantages of the school running on the basis of industry,innovate the running mode in various ways,strengthen the connotation construction,and ultimately,adapt ourselves to the development of higher vocational law institutes through upgrading the level of school running.
