摘　　要：生物化工专业是生物技术与化学工程的交叉学科,微生物学实验是生物化工专业的核心课程。本文从实验内容、教学方法和成绩评价三个方面初步探索了生物化工专业"微生物学实验"的教学设计与实践,为生物化工专业学生的工作奠定基础。Biochemical engineering major is an interdisciplinary subject of biotechnology and chemical engineering,and microbiology experiment is the core course of biochemical engineering major.This paper preliminarily explores the teaching design and practice of microbiology experiment of biochemical engineering from three aspects of experiment content,teaching method and achievement evaluation,which lays a foundation for the work of the students engaged in biochemical engineering.
