摘　　要：本文通过对广西科技大学2018届药学高职毕业生开展就业跟踪问卷调查,了解毕业生的就业现状,收集毕业生对学校教学工作、就业指导与服务工作的评价和意见,根据调查结果分析,提出具体的应对措施和整改建议,从而为促进药学专业教育教学改革、完善就业指导与服务工作、提高毕业生就业率与就业质量提供参考。Through a follow-up questionnaire survey on the employment of the pharmaceutical vocational college graduates of Guangxi University of Science and Technology in 2018,this paper aims to see the employment situation of graduates,collect the evaluation and opinions of graduates on teaching,employment guidance and service work,and puts forward specific countermeasures and recommondations.The suggestions can provide references for promoting the reform of pharmacy education,improving employment guidance and service of the college,and improving the graduates’employment rate and quality.
