摘 要:本研究基于宇佐美まゆみ提出的话语礼貌理论,利用BTSJ语料库及笔者录音收集的自然道歉会话,从话语层面分析汉日道歉会话,比较双方道歉行为表述连锁链模式及基本态的不同。对道歉行为的“基本态”认定后,我们发现在汉语母语者的会话中存在“引起注意—导入话题—状况说明—陈述不快行为—承认过错—直接道歉—说明理由—提出方案—追加方案—结束会话”等10个表述过程,而日语母语者的会话中则有“引起注意—导入话题—状况说明—承认过错—陈述不快行为—直接道歉—说明理由—询问意见—表示内疚—再次道歉—三次道歉—结束会话”等12个表述过程。Based on the theory of politeness of discourse proposed by Usami,this study uses the BTSJ corpus and the natural apology session collected by the author to analyze the Han-Japanese apology conversation from the discourse level and compare the differences in chain patterns and basic states of apology behavior expression between the two sides.After identifying the“basic state”of apology behavior,we found that there are 10 expression processes in the conversation of native Chinese speakers,such as“attract attention-import topic-description of the situation-state of unpleasant behavior-admit fault-direct apology-explain the reason-propose a plan-add a plan-end the conversation”,while in the conversation of native Japanese speakers,there are“Get Noticed-Import Topics-Explanation of Status-Admit fault-State of unpleasant behavior-Direct apology-Explain reasons-Ask for opinions-Express guilt-Apologize again-Apologize three times-End the conversation”and other 12 expression processes.
