摘  要:培养具有创新能力的科研人才是医学科学快速发展的基石,也是医学院校教师队伍人才建设和储备的根本保证。基础医学教育是医学人才培养必不可少的环节。目前基础医学教育仍以传统教学模式为主,且教学内容与学科发展及前沿知识存在脱节或滞后现象,一定程度上影响了创新型医学人才的培养。本文在“科研育人成效”理念的引导下,结合病原生物学课程教学实践,从“科教深度融合”的角度思考教学模式的改革,为实现基础医学学科践行“高端人才供给”和“科学技术创新”双重使命提供建议。The cultivation of innovative research talents is the cornerstone of the rapid development of medical science.It is also the fundamental guarantee for the construction and reserve of teachers for medical colleges.Basic medical education is an indispensable part of medical personnel training.By now,basic medical education is based on traditional teaching mode.The teaching content is disjointed or lagged with the disciplinary development and cutting-edge knowledge,which affects the cultivation of innovative medical talents to a certain extent.Under the guidance of“effectiveness of scientific research and education”,combined with the teaching practice of pathogen biology,this paper discusses about the reform of teaching mode from the perspective of“deep integration of research and teaching”,and to provide suggestions for realizing the dual mission of“high-end talent supply”and“scientific and technological innovation”in basic medical disciplines.
