摘　　要：目的研究钙/钙调素依赖性丝氨酸蛋白激酶(CASK)在肝细胞癌中的表达水平及临床价值。方法利用数据库分析CASK在肝细胞癌中的表达水平,收集2015年1月-2020年12月来自江苏大学附属医院普外科的40例肝细胞癌及配对正常组织,运用免疫组化的方法分析CASK的表达差异。同时,分析在这些肝细胞癌组织当中CASK的表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系并进行生存分析,从而判断CASK对于肝细胞癌患者的临床价值。结果数据库分析表明,与正常肝细胞组织比较,肝细胞癌组织中CASK的表达水平明显升高(P<0.05);免疫组化结果表明,相较于正常肝组织,肝细胞癌组织中CASK蛋白表达水平明显升高(χ^(2)=8.087,P=0.005)。同时,CASK在肝细胞癌中高表达与肿瘤的Edmondson-Steiner分级(χ^(2)=9.821,P=0.002)、TNM分期(χ^(2)=7.519,P=0.006)密切相关。结论CASK基因在肝细胞癌中高表达,其表达水平与肿瘤的Edmondson-Steiner分级及TNM分期密切相关,对预测肝细胞癌患者的总体生存率具有重要意义。Objective To study the expression level and clinical value of calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase(CASK)in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The expression level of CASK in hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed by database.40 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissues from the Department of general surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2015 to December 2020 were collected.The expression difference of CASK was analyzed by immunohistochemical method.At the same time,the relationship between the expression level of CASK and clinicopathological features in these hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was analyzed,and the survival was analyzed,so as to judge the clinical value of CASK in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Results Database analysis showed that the expression of CASK increased significantly in hepatocellular carcinoma(P<0.05).Immunohistochemical results showed that CASK was significantly overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma compared with adjacent tissues(χ^(2)=8.087,P=0.005).At the same time,the high expression of CASK in hepatocellular carcinoma was related to the Edmondson Steiner grade of the tumor(χ^(2)=9.821,P=0.002)and TNM stage(χ^(2)=7.519,P=0.006).Conclusions CASK was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma.Its expression level was closely related to Edmondson Steiner grade and TNM stage.It was of great significance to predict the overall survival rate of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
