学科竞赛视角下“导学思政”路径研究

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,研究生思想政治教育工作也应与时俱进.“导学思政”使得导师和研究生双方通过多元化的导学互动场景展开沉浸式沟通交流,最终达到立德树人的目标.学科竞赛能够促进“导学思政”的创新探索,在促进构建新型导学关系的同时,推动“导学”与“思政”的互通互融.应积极完善高校“导学思政”制度规范、加强高校“导学思政”的队伍建设、拓宽“导学思政”互动渠道,推动“导学思政”的创新发展.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new period of historical development,the ideological and political education of graduate students should also advance according to times.“guiding ideological and political education”enables both tutors and graduate students to carry out immersive communication through diversified interactive scenes of guiding learning,and ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating virtues and educating people.Discipline competition can promote the innovative exploration of“guiding ideological and political education”,and promote the mutual integration of guiding learning and thinking and politics while promoting the construction of a new type of guiding relationship.We should actively improve the system norms of“guiding ideological and political education”in business schools,strengthen the team construction of“guiding ideological and political education”in colleges and universities,broaden the interactive channels of“guiding ideological and political education”,and promote the innovative development of“guiding ideological and political education”.
