摘　　要：结构功能分析是社会行动理论大师帕森斯的重要论断,是分析社会行动结构的主要理论之一。"顶岗支教"实习是高校开展师范生专业发展的重要实践环节,也是高校服务农牧区教育扶贫的重要路径,两者具有内在的高度一致性和耦合性。本文从社会系统结构功能分析的角度出发,提出"顶岗支教"活动的运行和开展需要在适应、获取、整合和维模四个层面达到对支教外部环境的认识,获得"顶岗支教"的实习能力和来自实习学校、政府层面的协同支持。提出以"顶岗支教"为中心的高校、政府和基层学校三个系统在社会结构中的不同角色和功能定位之间具有互通性和一致性,并共同作用于和提高教育扶贫的实效。Structural function analysis is an important judgment of parsons,the master of social action theory,and one of the main theories to analyze the structure of social action.The practice of"supporting education in post"is an important practice link of developing the professional development of normal university students in colleges and universities,as well as an important path for colleges and universities to serve the poverty alleviation in agricultural and pastoral areas.From the perspective of structure function analysis,this study put forward"field teaching"run and developed,and the need to adapt to the obtaining,integrating,and the mold four aspects to the understanding of teaching in the external environment,get be a teacher in the"field"practice ability and the coordinated support from practice school,the government level,in order to be a teacher in the"field"improve the effectiveness of education poverty alleviation,and probes into the universities,schools and government practice different role in the social structure and function.
